ONGOING
“Lumar has become one of the first people I call whenever I need to seek wisdom, process leadership, and entrepreneurship endeavors. She is incredibly generous with her time and intentionality. I feel seen and cherished each time we engage. Every time I reach out, she responds with care and insight, never withholding what she has to offer. She has a gift for helping leaders think clearly, feel supported, and move forward with great confidence—and I’m genuinely grateful to have her in my corner.”

JAY T. H.

Before
“Before coaching with Lumar, I knew I wanted more for myself, but I was honestly still figuring out what that looked like and whether I was ready for it.”
After 2 years
“Lumar helped me get out of my own head and really see what I was capable of. She pushed me to think bigger, trust myself, and stop talking myself out of opportunities before I even gave myself a chance. After coaching, I felt more confident in my voice and in the direction I wanted to go. Lumar has a way of making you feel seen while also challenging you to level up and I definitely needed that.”

Why should I choose Eudora Coaching?
Eudora combines professional coaching training with years of experience in leadership, education, ministry, and organizational development. Eudora is grounded in deep listening, thoughtful questions, and a belief that meaningful transformation begins with understanding who you are and where you are being called next.
What type of clients do you work with?
Eudora works with individuals navigating seasons of growth, transition, leadership development, and personal transformation. Clients often include leaders, professionals, educators, ministry leaders, and people seeking greater clarity and alignment in their lives.
What happens during the discovery call?
A discovery call is a chance for us to connect, learn more about what you’re navigating, and explore whether coaching is the right fit for you. You’ll have space to share what you’re hoping to work through, ask questions, and understand what the coaching process looks like. The discovery call is simply an opportunity to discern whether we are a good fit and there is no obligation to continue coaching after. Coaching works best when there is trust, connection, and alignment between coach and client.
How many sessions do I need?
Every person’s journey is different. Some clients come with a specific challenge they want to work through, while others desire deeper transformation over a longer season. During your discovery call, we’ll discuss what level of support best fits your goals.
How is coaching different from therapy, mentoring, or consulting?
Coaching is a collaborative partnership focused on where you are now, where you want to go, and what may help you move forward. Rather than giving you the answers, coaching creates space for thoughtful reflection, powerful questions, and intentional action so you can uncover your own insights and make decisions that are right for you.
Therapy and coaching can complement one another, but they serve different purposes. Therapy often focuses on healing, mental health, and processing past experiences, while coaching focuses primarily on growth, goals, development, and the future. Mentors and consultants typically draw on their expertise to provide advice, guidance, or solutions.
Coaches help you think more deeply, see new possibilities, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. If you’re unsure whether coaching is the right support for what you’re navigating, that’s exactly what the discovery call is for.
What is an ICF credentialed coach?
An ICF credentialed coach is a professional coach who has completed rigorous training and met the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), including coaching experience, ethical practice, and demonstrated competency on an exam. This credential reflects a commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered coaching that helps individuals gain clarity, develop goals, and create meaningful change.
What kind of assessments and reflection tools are used before and during coaching?
Coaching is a personalized journey, and we may use a variety of assessments and reflection tools to support self-awareness, clarity, and growth. Depending on your goals, these may include personality and strengths-based assessments such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Enneagram, along with tools like Wellness Wheels, values exploration, goal-setting exercises, and Start-Stop-Continue reflections.
These tools are not meant to define who you are, but to create opportunities for deeper reflection and meaningful conversation.
